About the Owner

I am a single mom to an amazing little girl, who actually inspired this business. You'll most likely see her running around at Baie's super exited to greet everyone who comes in. I myself grew up in Newman and left in 2012, and came back to raise my daughter in this small town in 2022. Growing up in Newman showed me there wasn't much to do around here, and now as an adult I'd like to give back to this town what I didn't grow up with, but with a twist. My daughter and I love going to indoor parks but I myself have alway found them over stimulating with all the colors, and as much fun as colors are I know I'm not the only parent who craves aesthetics when it comes to play spaces. The theme of this space is a neutral/beach/nature/sunset vibe also inspired by my daughter as her middle name is Baie, which is French for Bay/beach. At the age of 17 I was a party host at a bowling alley in the Bay Area, and since then I always dabbled in party decor, but never thought a business would come out of it until I moved back here and decided to open an indoor park that hosted private parties and events. We truly look forward to seeing families enjoy Baie's Play Place, it's truly been a dream come true to do this and have my daughter be part of it every step of the way.
