
Our Goal
Baie's Play Place is a space not only created for children to play and make memories, but also a place were we take parents into consideration and extend a helping hand, and aim to provide the best customer service.
We understand that planning parties can be quite stressful for families, therefore we offer to lift as much stress off of you and carry it on our shoulders.
Here at Baie's we take care of the decorations, the set up, coordinating events, family shirts, family/event pictures, serving, clean up, and anything and everything in between to make your party as smooth as possible.
All of our parties are private time slots, meaning we close our doors to the general public and only allow your guests to enter our park
For the planning of your party we require 2 months to 2 weeks advance notice depending on the size of your party. The bigger your party, the more time we need to get everything ready for your littles special day. We require a minimum of 3 sit down meetings here at our location. Our first meeting is with Nia (the owner) to share your vision and collaborate on ideas that best suit your party needs. The second meeting is an all get together meet and greet with the vendors/event coordinators the parent has requested for the party.
Our third meeting is our final check in meeting, for us at Baie's to check off every request the parent has made for your littles special day, and for any change of mind to be addressed by then.
Party FAQ
Is food provided?
YES! Baie's Play Place is Partnered with our local Pizza Plus, and they work with us in making sure the food arrives on time.
What if my child doesn't like pizza?
We get it! Don't worry. Our partnership with Pizza Plus allows us more than just pizza. Their menu with us offers chicken wings, bone in or bone out, gluten free pizza, bite-size mozzarella breadsticks, bite-size garlic parmesan breadsticks, and house salad.
What if we don't want pizza?
We are currently looking for partnerships to cater to your parties. However if you have a different vendor/caterer in mind, we will accommodate. How ever there is an additional $100 fee to bring your own food.
What if I want my own vendor?
We aim on having our own in-house vendors, but you would like to use your own, there is an additional $100 vendor fee.
Is there a deposit?
Yes! all of our parties require a $250 deposit to hod the date and time of your party. Your deposit is not refundable, NO EXEPTIONS
Can payments be made?
Yes, however all party payments are non-refundable. Final full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the party. No rescheduling or canceling within 4 weeks to your event time. Should you cancel within four weeks of the party date the remaining party balance will still be owed.
